This site chronicles the Legal Saga of one Canadian Citizen whose life was completely upended during the COVID-19 Pandemic, like thousands of other Canadian Families.
Many Careers & Personal Lives were crushed due to the ‘EI Misconduct’ label, bestowed despite the numerous legal & ethical problems underlying our situations.
Our Story is not unique – however our Fight is. We appear to be making the only Legal Case that challenges the explicit Unlawfulness of the entire process itself.
Please join us on our Journey. A legal victory for us is a win for all Canadians…
(Factum ¶7): This Case is not about the ‘reasonableness’ of my employer’s policies. It’s about their [un]Lawfulness – and the Rule of Law – which are the bedrock foundation of our legal system… (cf. CBoR: §Preamble)
