Hi Sorry I am late to the Party but I may be able to help. Went through the same thing. Unlawfully Constructive Dismissal (Although now they are saying it was only a Suspension. Directly inteferred in my EI App and my appeal at the Tribunal. Even worse, My Employer, the Government of Canada fabricated False Documents, committed numerous Violations of the Criminal Code. And the Irony is I am Federal Investigator. Don't know if you have Lawyer but there are actually 3 Legal tests for Misconduct. Wilfullness (Intent) is just one. Self Serving for these Tyrants. But the 2nd Test is there has to be an Expressed or Implied Duty and Finally 3rd Test, Relevance, Does the Action(s) Interfere with the Performance or Duty of your Job. On this alone, you should Win. But the Judge is probably corrupt or compromised. Case Law to refer: Hopp v Lepp, Mallet v Schulman and Canada EI Commission v Dubinsky. I will gladly testify or help anyway I can. Feel free to reach to me and I will gladly tell you my story.

Thank you for bringing awareness to this colossal fraud by the EI system in Canada. I sent your story to Rebel News, hopefully they will reach out to you. I will keep an eye on my direct email to Rebel News and keep you updated.

RR, thank you for reaching out. We definitely appreciate any attempts to help get us wider media coverage on this scandal.

The most important help Canadians can give us now, is to print & mail our Public Interest Letters to the corresponding government entities. It lets everyone involved know that citizens across the country are watching this case and seeking true Justice. Our public servants need to hear from the people on important matters like this...

They will need the courage that comes from public support to formally admit this happened and take proper corrective actions.

Thank you for your support. 🙂

I'm finding it very difficult to share about the court case Feb. 25th because your links are so complex and I see nothing in them about that upcoming hearing. You need to make a brief post or video giving that info. to share

I have not yet had time to make a specific video about our Hearing.

I did present about it on a podcast, but I'm waiting for them to complete their video editing, so I can create clips from it. I should have them by the weekend.

If the links below are still not helpful enough, please let me know.

I'm trying to do what I can, but this Public Relations world is entirely new for me.

I am one of those who were denied EI "due to misconduct". Absolutely infuriating.
